Official rules for the "Stories that Embrace" contest/giveaway

    1. Organizing Company
    Skuidcorp S.L., with registered office at Roc Boronat 147, 10º, Barcelona (Spain), NIF B72808178, is organizing a promotional contest/giveaway through its official Instagram account: @cartersespanaofficial, hereinafter referred to as "the organization."

    2. Participation Period
    The promotion is valid from April 24, 2025, to May 5, 2025, inclusive.

    3. Collaboration
    The promotion is carried out in collaboration with influencer @kekamartineztv.

    4. Participation Requirements
    Individuals over 18 years of age, residing in Spain, who submit their personal story according to the instructions communicated in the official contest/giveaway promotion, may participate. Employees of Skuidcorp S.L. and anyone professionally associated with the organization of the contest are excluded.

    5. Contest/Giveaway Mechanics

    • Each participant must submit a personal story related to motherhood/fatherhood or infant care, as indicated in the contest communication.

    • The Carter's Spain team will select five finalist stories, applying internal criteria of creativity, emotion, brand connection, and authenticity.

    • On May 5, 2025, the five selected finalist stories will be published in the stories of the @cartersespanaofficial account, each with its corresponding reaction sticker.

    • Public voting will be enabled at that same moment and will remain active for the 24-hour duration of the story.

    • At the end of that period, on May 6, 2025, the reactions for each story will be counted, and the story with the highest number of reactions will be declared the winner.

    • On the same day, May 6, the winning story will be publicly announced through the official Carter's Spain account.

    6. Prizes

    Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or substitutable for other products. The use of vouchers will be subject to the usual terms and conditions of www.carters.es.

    7. Communication with Winners
    The organization will contact the selected individuals using the email address provided during participation. If no response is received within 5 business days, the organization reserves the right to assign the prize to another finalist.

    8. Personal Data Protection
    Personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679) and Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights.

    • Purpose: management of the promotional action and prize delivery.

    • Legal basis: consent of the data subject.

    • Retention: data will be kept only for the time necessary for said management.

    • Rights: participants can exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, or data portability by writing to contacto@carters.es.

    Data will not be transferred to third parties or used for purposes other than those indicated.

    9. Internal Management and Confidentiality
    The reaction count is performed using the statistical tools available for professional accounts on Instagram. This data is confidential and for the exclusive internal use of the Carter's Spain team.

    Due to the company's privacy policy and internal operations, no screenshots, recordings, or statistical data of stories or votes will be shared. The organization guarantees that the count will be carried out according to the communicated criteria and within the indicated timeframe.

    10. Limitation of Liability
    The organization is not responsible for participation errors resulting from technical problems (connection, platform interruptions, Instagram errors, etc.), nor for the veracity of the data provided by participants.

    In case of force majeure or situations that alter the normal development of the promotion, the organization reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify the dynamics of the contest/giveaway.

    11. Acceptance of the Rules
    Participation in this contest/giveaway implies full acceptance of these legal rules. Any circumstance not provided for in these rules will be resolved by the organization, whose decision will be final.
